We offer adolescent and adult physical therapy services specifically for the back and extremities.
We provide employers and employees a full line of specialized services focusing on early and safe return to work. Services include:
· Functional Capacity Evaluations(FCE)
· Injury Management
· Job Site Analysis
A healthcare subspecialty which addresses the prevention and management of sports injuries. Sports medicine includes, but is not limited to: exercise physiology, biomechanics, sports psychology and sociology, sports nutrition, athletic training, and medical management.
Strive! Physical Therapy Centers are out-patient rehabilitation facilities specializing in sports medicine. We provide services including prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation of sports-related injuries. Treatment is provided by a team of specialists, including: certified athletic trainers, exercise specialists, and physical therapists, often in cooperation with a sports medicine physician. Our sports medicine experience in Marion and Lake Counties includes:

· Certified Athletic Trainer Consultation and Services
· Evaluation of sports-related problems

A multi-faceted test which provides a physician with an objective evaluation of an individual's functional performance.
We are pleased to announce the newest addition to our product line - Strive! for Life Health & Fitness Centers. Strive! for Life, located at our Maricamp Center location, offers the latest in resistive and cardiovascular equipment, personal training, post-rehab care, and nutritional counseling. In addition, we will provide community education and special courses open to the public.
