We offer adolescent and adult physical therapy services specifically for the back and extremities.
We provide employers and employees a full line of specialized services focusing on early and safe return to work. Services include:
· Functional Capacity Evaluations(FCE)

Fibromyalgia is on of the most common forms of musculoskeletal pain. It is estimated that 25% of a Rheumatologist's patient volume is composed of individuals with this disorder. Wide spread pain and local areas of pain, called tender points, characterize Fibromyalgia.
Strive! Physical Therapy Centers has developed a program that, through the disciplines of physical therapy, psychology, massage therapy, and exercise physiology, can help an individual learn to take control of his or her care.
Whether as an adjunct to therapy as prescribed by your physician or desired by the individual we provide massage therapy.
We provide the proper management of a variety of wounds through the use of debridement, whirlpool, etc.
We offer this to employer clients to help assist with job placement
We are pleased to announce the newest addition to our product line - Strive! for Life Health & Fitness Centers. Strive! for Life, located at our Maricamp Center location, offers the latest in resistive and cardiovascular equipment, personal training, post-rehab care, and nutritional counseling. In addition, we will provide community education and special courses open to the public.
